She runs Tribe's founder programs and its week-long market expansion missions to London and San Francisco, from cohort intake and logistics to on-the-ground coordination and reporting to government funders and sponsors. She has worked across every stage of the business lifecycle, from ideation and validation through to growth and acquisition.

She has delivered eight accelerators across Australia in food, agriculture and health, including the FaBA Growth Hub for UQ Ventures and the evokeAG Australian Landing Pad, and supported more than 300 early-stage ventures at the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast. She also co-founded Distance Assistance, a SaaS wellbeing platform for remote and fly-in fly-out workers and their families.
Working from Australia, she identified acquisition targets across Asia-Pacific for Jonas Software, part of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), which has acquired more than 1,100 vertical market software businesses. She then joined the Stanford Graduate School of Business as Associate Director of Ecopreneurship Programs, running three concurrent programs for sustainability founders who went on to raise more than US$72 million within the programs' first two years. Earlier, she reported to the CEO of ENTAG as Head of Business Integration and led a 150-day post-merger integration of 200 staff.
Adelaide has supported various international industry delegations and worked on market-entry strategies across the USA, India, Mexico, China, Brazil and Africa. She has served on the boards of Silicon Coast and Clean Tech Industries Sunshine Coast and was nominated for AIM Young Business Leader of the Year in 2011. She holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Creative Industries from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Sustainable Finance qualification from the University of Cambridge, and is enrolled in a Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence.
Outside of work, Adelaide can usually be found in or on the water on the Sunshine Coast, or out hiking, chasing waterfalls.
